Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Packaging should be intact
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used or damaged items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Request a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- A cash refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
- Our team will contact you to coordinate how and where the refund will be delivered or collected
Refunds are issued only in cash. We do not offer digital or card refunds.
