1. Order Confirmation

All orders placed with Hugo Comfort are subject to confirmation and availability. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and estimated delivery time.

2. Payment Method

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. Other payment methods are not currently supported.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days from the time of confirmation. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery

We deliver worldwide using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Local deliveries: 3 to 5 business days
  • International deliveries: 7 to 15 business days

Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the order and make the cash payment.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personalized or final-sale products, may not be eligible for return.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed in cash only. Once a returned item is received and approved:

  • A cash refund will be arranged within 5 to 7 business days

Product availability may change. In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full cash refund.
